College Credit & Dual Enrollment Programs
Get a jump start and save money by earning college credits in high school! Lutheran High maintains several partnerships with colleges and universities, including Concordia University Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and Grand Canyon University, to offer college credit and dual enrollment opportunities. Contact our registrar for the current list of dual credit offerings.

Youth Apprenticeship
Youth Apprenticeship (YA) is a 1- or 2-year program that gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a career while earning academic credit. Through this program, students can spend part of their school day working in a variety of industries or trades, developing professional skills, and receiving mentorship — all while completing their high school education. Sheboygan Lutheran partners with Cooperative Educational Service Agency 6 (CESA 6) to offer youth apprenticeship opportunities to our students.  Learn more  about the Youth Apprenticeship program and Crusader case studies.

LHS Curriculum Offerings

Winterim
Winterim is a unique, week-long educational experience outside of the traditional curriculum. During the first week of January, students have the opportunity to select a course based on a variety of topics, like American Sign Language, Drumline, Gastronomy, 3D Design and TinkerCAD, Leadership Games, Automotive Care and Repair, Outdoor Adventures, History in the Movies, and more. Teachers developed their Winterim course based on a subject or hobby that they are passionate about. In addition to innovative coursework during Winterim, several speakers are invited to address the student body on a variety of leadership topics. It's a great combination of learning and fun!
