Sheboygan Lutheran's mission of preparing Christian leaders goes deeper than education. We take pride in being able to share the good news of Christ with our students, and our faculty and staff ensure that our students will be able to proclaim their faith to others beyond SLHS.

A Community of Faith and Learning

Christian education matters because it gives students a fixed point of navigation: Jesus. The average teenager spends roughly half their waking hours at school, which makes the question of who is teaching, and what they’re teaching, one of the most important a family will answer. At Sheboygan Lutheran, the biblical values, common-sense principles, and divine truth taught daily to students won’t just last a lifetime. They’ll last into eternity, giving families a sense of certainty and peace in knowing their child’s education is built on a solid foundation. Find Your Place at Sheboygan Lutheran

Arts

From Introduction to Art through Portfolio Development, and recognition each year at the Big East Art Show, SLHS students explore and share the creative gifts God has given them.

Music

Konzertchor, Chamber Choir, Symphonic Band, and Jazz Band give Crusader musicians the opportunity to share their musical gifts in concerts and performances

Chapel

Weekly chapels, daily devotions, and regular prayer time are central to student life at Sheboygan Lutheran, grounding every school day in God’s Word.

Theater

From the fall drama to the spring musical, Crusader casts and crews bring stories to life on the 600-seat stage of our Performing Arts Center.

Athletics

Choose from 13 varsity sports — baseball, basketball, cross country, dance, fast pitch, football, golf, hockey, soccer, swim & dive, track and field, trap shooting, and volleyball.

Robotics

Students build, program, and compete through our Robotics program and AP Computer Science courses, developing skills for college, trade, and career.

Winterim

Every January, students step outside the traditional classroom for a week of hands-on courses — from Automotive Care and Repair to Drumline, 3D Design, and Leadership Games.

We have never had regrets sending our three boys to LHS for high school. I believe that the success that they have had in their life after high school is because of the excellent mentors and teachers they had at Sheboygan Lutheran High School. They were taught the importance of a good work ethic. However, the biggest impact for our boys was the faith-based education they received at LHS. I am happy that all my boys still go to church after high school and college, and their faith is still very important to them.
