​Be a Crusader for a Day! Join 7th & 8th graders from our SALSA (Sheboygan Area Lutheran) elementary schools to get a glimpse of life at LHS! Students will be paired with a current Crusader, attend classes and chapel, and more. Plus, we'll feed them lunch!

Parents, you are invited too! Join us for chapel, a parent presentation on what makes LHS unique, and helpful tips on making the leap from middle school to high school...followed by a free lunch. 
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY
STUDENTS
9:15 am - Arrival and welcome. Meet in conference room     #404 of the Performing Arts Center
9:43 am - Chapel
10:07 am - Attend classes and lunch.
12:55 pm - Gather in the theater for a Pep Band performance, scavenger hunt, and pep talk by Mr. Tschudy
1:30 pm - Departure
*** PLEASE NOTE: If your child is attending with his/her SALSA school, you do NOT need to register him/her.
PARENTS
9:15 am - Coffee and donuts in the atrium of the Performing Arts Center
9:43 am - Chapel
10:10 am - Parent presentation and Q&A with Mr. Tschudy, Executive Director, and Mrs. McKnight, School Counselor
11:00 am - A light lunch will be served.
11:30 am - Departure
*** PLEASE NOTE: ALL parents, whether SALSA or not, MUST register for planning purposes.
TIPS AND TIDBITS
  • Transportation to and from the experience day must be provided for all non-SALSA students.
  • LHS asks that all student guests abide by our dress code by not wearing blue jeans, shorts, athletic pants, or leggings. Dress pants are recommended.
  • Lunch will be provided for all student guests in the cafeteria.
