Mr. Chuck Benedum is in his fourteenth year at LHS. He is currently the Athletic Director. Additionally, he works with recruitment, fundraising projects (i.e. Golf Tournament, Auction) and various other projects as needed. He also teaches senior English.
Chuck is married to Ruth Ann, a teacher at Cooper Elementary. He has two children – Kate (LHS class of ’92) and a teacher in Fredericksburg, Va, and married to George, an officer in the Marines; and Dan (LHS class of ’95), a mutual funds broker for Wells Fargo Bank, married to Mary, a marketing officer for Kohl’s Dept. stores.
