APPLY - Complete the Sheboygan Lutheran High School Application Form. - Submit your application fee* with the application form to the school office in person or via mail to 3323 University Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53081. * Please note Parental Choice students are not required to submit an application fee. * Application fees are non-refundable.
ACCEPTANCE - After review of your submitted application, you will be notified of your acceptance to Sheboygan Lutheran High School via a letter sent to your home address.
SCHEDULING - Your final step will be to attend one of our scheduling & registration nights in January. - After January 30, please contact the school office at 920-452-3323 to set up an appointment with the Registrar.
